Shipping Policy

FREE US Domestic Shipping *Excludes Alaska and Hawaii. International shipments are not offered at this time. 

We attempt to promptly ship products ordered. Orders that are placed Monday-Friday before 3 PM EST will begin to process that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 1-2 days, in all cases pending availability and credit verification. Orders that are placed on Saturday-Sunday will ship on the next business day.  

Return and Exchange Policy

We only carry handcrafted products, thus each item may slightly vary in size, shape, and color, no two items are exactly the same. 

We accept returns or exchanges for items in new condition, unused, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer within 5 days from the time your bag arrives. For a full refund on your order, please email goldenreeds.co@gmail.com or call us at 704-266-0383.

Please note you will only be refunded for the cost of the product(s) ordered, we do not refund shipping costs. All shipping costs associated with returns are at the customer’s expense.

Once received at our facilities, your return will be processed within 5-7 business days. Credits are processed upon confirmation and inspection of the return.   

We gladly exchange and refund for goods that arrived damaged during shipment, please email us at goldenreeds.co@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt to request Return Authorization (RA). 

All returns must be sent out within five (5) days of your receipt of the ordered merchandise.  Item(s) must be in original unused condition and all tags and boxes must be included with your return.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item(s) arrived damaged.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we received and inspect your package, your refund or store credit will be processed within five (5) business days of receipt. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
